How to Use Genuist Beauty’s Brow Primer: 
To apply the Brow Primer, take the flat side of the included applicator wand and brush the Brow Primer through your brows. Then, take the brush side of the wand and brush out the Brow Primer. If you encounter any leftover, white residue, take a brow brush (sold separately) and comb the Brow Primer through your brows. 

Note, because the Brow Primer is white, you have to brush the Brow Primer through your brows until it is clear to the eye. If you see white residue on the brows, you simply brush the Brow Primer through your brows until the white is not visible. (After about 60 days of use or if the product leaves excessive white residue on your brows, it is recommended you replace the product.) The Brow Primer is recommended for daily use as the final part of your daily beauty routine after you have applied your foundation and makeup, daily brow conditioner, and brow color from the Roller Brow Defining Pen.
